It&#8217;s a pretty big selection of food, so there&#8217;s absolutely something for everyone.<\/p>\n<p>View the Flower and Wolf Menu.<\/p>\n<h3>Breakfast<\/h3>\n<p>Lots of typical yummy breakfast food. Yogurt, pancakes, french toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, scrambled eggs, eggs benny, briskets and of course steak &amp; eggs. Lots of side options for fruit and such.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Things to try: it&#8217;s breakfast food, go with something like eggs and bacon. Can&#8217;t beat the classics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Lunch<\/h3>\n<p>Getting a little heavier now, their lunch menu starts off with appetizers and includes salads, sandwiches, pizza, meat, fish &amp; poultry.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Things to try: Beef and Ahi Tuna Tartare or the Foie Gras &amp; Waffles. Maybe a nice dry aged burger or house smoked brisket thereafter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dinner<\/h3>\n<p>Flower and Wolf really shines with their dinner menu (in my opinion, maybe you&#8217;re a hardcore breakfast person, no judgement here friend).<\/p>\n<p>Fish, meat, chicken, veal, gnocci, shortribs, even a footlong waygu hotdog.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Things to try: the Tomahawk steak!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Flower and Wolf Steaks<\/h3>\n<p>Alberta beef is a big deal, so here are your options if you&#8217;re hungry for steak:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 oz top sirloin<\/li>\n<li>7 oz skirt steak<\/li>\n<li>10 oz boar chop<\/li>\n<li>12 oz ribeye<\/li>\n<li>8 oz venison striploin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Flower and Wolf Food Pictures<\/h2>\n<p>In no particular order are some photos of their food that I took. You&#8217;ll find a description under each explaining what it is. Rather than tell you how amazing the food is, I prefer just to show you. Here&#8217;s what I saw, so here&#8217;s what you can expect. Love this kind of food. A nice traditional roasted chicken but juicy and modern. The lemon is a nice touch. It was really moist (as you can see in the picture!) and I liked it, even though I&#8217;m not actually a big fish person at all. I tried it but I did not like it, unfortunately. Not because of the taste, but the texture. Some textures are hard for me to deal with. Served up with squid ink crackers, which were kind of like eating a pork rind. The taste was .. okay? It looked like something you&#8217;d see Fred Flinstone order haha. Dulce de leche, caramelized bananas, with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. In the background was a coconut cream pie, which was made with coconut custard + toasted coconut and topped with whipped cream. Pie rules, so of course these were really good.
