Half Your Plate Chefs Dinner

How many ways do you know how to slice a tomato? Do you know how to create cute little slices using veggies? Food presentation can be just as important as how it tastes! Nobody wants to eat something if it looks like it was prepared by Sméagol. Half Your Plate Chef Dinner is an event that takes place annually in Calgary where local chefs compete in a friendly competition with the goal of bringing produce to the next level and showing you how to do it too. The event also includes a welcoming drink to their cocktail party. This event is for a good cause too!

All proceeds from Half Your Plate Chef Dinner will benefit Calgary Community Kitchens and the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation.
