Banff Craft Beer Week, Nov 20 – 29, 2020
Banff Craft Beer Week is a new style of festival taking place from November 20th until November 29th 2020 in Banff, Alberta. Craft beer! Banff! Craft beer in Banff! Plus food, cheap hotel stays, and fewer tourists! This is exciting. There’s no tickets this time, instead there are lots of deals lined up at local Banff businesses for you to take advantage of. Alberta Beer Festivals has created a 2020 festival in Banff that not only connects everyone with discounted food, drinks and hotel stays, but it’s done with COVID-19 health and safety precautions as a top priority. We can’t all gather in a big beautiful space to enjoy food, drinks and discussion like like we used to, but with some workarounds in place it can still be done safely, and responsibly. Going to be fun!
To celebrate Banff Craft Beer Week, we’re going to give away an awesome prize pack to someone who will absolutely have the best time ever in Banff. Lots of ways you can win!

Some Highlights
See the Banff Craft Beer Week page for a full list of all businesses taking part in the festival. Whether you live in town or you’re able to drop by from the 20th till the 29th, you can experience some of the best Banff has to offer and only saving some money but also supporting businesses which have been hit pretty hard by the lack of tourism from the United States and elsewhere. Lots to see/eat/do! #BanffBeerWeek
Banff Ave Brewing Co.
Dropping by Banff Ave Brewing one of my favourite things to do when heading out to the mountains Love this place! They have good craft beer, good food, good service. What more can you ask for? How about a killer location and beer voting? A Banff staple.
Pacini Restaurant (Moose Hotel)
Authentic Italian cuisine + $5 pints of Banded Peak Mount Crushmore Pilsner and $5 bottles of Wildrose Wraspberry Ale. Nuff said.
Park Distillery
Throughout the festival Park is offering up their Aprés Ski menu from Sunday – Friday, 2:30 – 5:30 PM with drinks starting at $4 and food at $13.
The Keg Steakhouse + Bar
The Keg is always a good choice with reliable service and superb food. For Banff Craft Beer Week they’re slinging cheap Annex, Marda Loop and Blindman beers alongside evening appetizer specials. Stop in for a visit for sure.
Three Bears Brewery & Restaurant
A brand new squeaky clean brewery & restaurant in Banff to try! $1 from every ‘BeerWeek Brew’ (a smoked lager, 5% ABV 28 IBU) will be donated to the Banff Canmore Community Foundation.
Seed N’ Salt & Cabin Brewing
Drop by Seed N’ Salt anytime throughout Banff Craft Beer Week and pair any offering from Cabin Brewing with your meal for only $5 (I recommend the Retrospectrum Pale Ale, 5.2%) If that wasn’t enough, every meal & beer combo will be entered to win a Cabin Brewing bag of swag!

Conclusion
Banff is always a good time anytime of year. It’s such a beautiful place and full of magic and wonder and food and beer, plus there’s lots of things to see and do. It’s the perfect setting for a festival of this kind too, with lots of amazing venues in a small area, couldn’t ask for a better location. Other than taking part in the festival, I recommend heading up the Banff Gondola, going to the rock and gem store, checking out the thrift stores, checking out the hotels, going for lots of walks and of course – taking a million pictures.
Prost!
